Dylan Corcoran is the founder of Corky’s Music Therapy and a registered music therapist through the Australian Music Therapy Association (AMTA). Dylan’s years of experience precede him within various settings; enabling significant growth as a clinician, such as to improvise and adapt to individual or group needs. Dylan has dedicated his studies to the Faculty of Art. This commenced in the field of contemporary music through a Bachelor's degree, finalising with a Master's of music therapy. Dylan strongly believes that the best learning and well-being outcomes are achieved collaboratively with all key stakeholders, whilst identifying his therapy style as strength-based and humanistic. CMT aims to provide holistic care to all clients. We strive to improve client’s quality of life using evidence-based, personalised interventions/assessments. We believe that music is an innate element in one’s life that can help unlock and strengthen an individual. Our approach is humanistic and strength-based. We provide services to individuals who are on the NDIS.
