My job responsibilities during this time included taking and inputting orders, seating tables and ensuring guests have a good time, resolving any issues that may arise, taking payments, and when needed helping behind the bar making cocktails and coffees.

My job responsibilities during this time included, maintaining and cleaning the bar and the stock areas, making high quality drinks in a timely manner (on busy days we would easily serve a few thousand people), writing stock lists and retrieving stock to ensure that the bar was fully equipped to function, teaching new people how to make drinks and how the bar functions, opening and setting up the bar for service, closing and cleaning the bar at the end of shift.
