I am hard working, intelligent, and easy to work with individual that has over 6 years of supply chain experience and over 8 years of customer service experience. I currently hold the role of Worldwide Sales Operations Lead at Yamaha Guitar Group which I acquired after beginning as an assistant in the department. I am very proud that I have been able to help train new employees as well as create new processes and procedures that we have continued to use with efficiency. Aside from my experience in an office environment, I’ve held many positions in customer service roles. Some companies that I’ve worked at include Starbucks and Four Seasons. My biggest accomplishments in my work career have been becoming named Partner of the Quarter at my Starbucks location and becoming a lead at Yamaha.
