Hi, I'm Dylan! 👋🏻I have a passion for the skilled trades industry and technology, and I spend my working hours combining those. After going through trade school and then later working in commercial HVAC as well as multi-family maintenance, it was clear that training had room to be improved in the trades. 😳In my role at Interplay Learning, I help skilled trades companies take quality training (which is normally only available through in-person, 1:1 settings), and scale it for entire teams through VR and 3D simulation technology. 💻When I'm not working, I'm likely doing something with my church! I oversee our youth ministry, as well as serving on the worship team and the A/V team. My volunteer work keeps me busy and I wouldn't have it any other way! 😄
