• Developed a training manual for each of the five locations to increase employee understanding of the unique procedures at each of the stores• Met with suppliers and coordinated several supply deliveries to the various restaurants• Participated and contributed ideas in various internal strategic meetings, managerial meetings, and meetings with suppliers• Received specific direction and assignments from owner on a daily basis which facilitated learning the restaurant business of an owner-operated small local chain• Acted as backup in various positions as needed (e.g. cashier, deliveries, etc.)
