Ensured proper care of individuals with developmental disabilities by coaching, mentoring, and monitoring direct support staff. Involved in the completion of this goal are: quality assurance, on floor supervising, new staff hiring/training, and data collection and analysis.

Bozeman, Montana

Built a new program to encourage students back to school after a lapsing enrollment. This involved a wide range of tasks such as: the creation of an advertising, marketing plan and communication plan, public seminars as well as writing and/or editing all literature created by the program and running the social media page. Also involved was the coordination between various departments to create new pathways to success for re-enrolling students.

Bozeman, Montana

Knocked doors, called individuals, and in any way possible encouraged civic engagement at the local level. Interviewed candidates for local city council, and wrote a voter guide appealing to young people.

Helena, Montana

Gave testimony and supported legislation that encouraged investment in higher education. Coordinated between ASMSUB student government and every other student government across the state. Organization of events with 200+ students, including reserving space, food, and speakers for the students. Gave training seminars to students about continuing involvement in the government.
