In every job that I have had, I have been around people and the public. I am great at working with people as well as in a group. I am someone that can take charge when need be and know when to let others take control. While at Sears, I learned how to work with others and learned how to get done what needed to get done. I was told I was good at what I did while at Sears and was very friendly with all of the managers there. While at school, I worked on campus as a Night Host. While living on campus I made sure that whoever entered the building past 11PM lived in the building and made sure that everyone was alright when inside the building. If needed, I would call the Resident Adviser to further help with any situation that needed to be confronted. While being a night host, I learned what it took to maintain the building properly. While home on breaks, I worked at Best Buy in the connected devices department. That was my first job in sales and I seemed to have excelled. I was very knowledgeable in the department and I helped customers get the right products for their needs. I worked with a few others in this department and we all maintained a proper work ethic and relationship. Once I graduated, I started to move up in Best Buy. I now work as the Verizon expert, in the same store, and help customers save the most money on their phone bill and make sure they get the best working product for their needs. Customers and even coworkers look up to me for my knowledge and friendly work ethic to give the best customer experience possible.
