Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to create a licensed and contracted Outpatient Substance Abuse program from the ground up. I have managed and grown a budget from $980,000 to $1.8 Million over the course of two years. With combined Knowledge and experience I have effectively grown and maintained a social model recovery program with a census of 100+ men at one of the best treatment centers in the nation. Training staff on effective case management strategies, tending to monthly budget, chart auditing, heading up case conferences, coordinating care with other agencies, working with medical director to ensure clients physical and mental health needs are taken care of, group/individual facilitation, and case-load maintenance. Experience with SAPC, DMC, and DHCS.
