I was a crew leader on small jobs while only working season for my exceptional faced paced learning and leadership.During that time I was responsible for building steel buildings, reparing jobs as well as fabricating parts. That required me to read the blueprints as well as transfer the drawing from paper to the listed parts to build the builing. This was a part time job for the 3 years while in school.
