Involved since the very young age in sports and business development, I realised early that both could be combined. So I became recruiting agent for professional sports team as football, basketball, handball and also in the research of sponsors and investments for tennis athletes. My work make me live in London for 5 years and in Spain for 6 years. I could become fluent in English and spanish in addition to my french native language. Very helpful skill in the business world. During the last 7 years, I dedicated my life helping companies to find the right people. I can use all of what I learnt during the first part of my professional life to help the companies survive to the crisis. Recently COVID-19 has created some issues in the recruitment. Care homes, restaurants, hotels, farms....are facing a difficult time due to the lack of people available to work. My work is to help those companies to shine and avoid to close down. My team and myself just helped one of the biggest care home in London to employ 44 nurses during the last 4 months. I have an international network that allows me to help most companies if they need. India, Bengladesh, Nepal, Middle east, Africa, Phillipines... I always believe problems have a solution.
