Disputing estimates with insurances.

Worked in the operations side of the business for an Amazon Seller who has over 1 million transactions yearly to consumers. Directed large shipments to be sent to Amazon FBA with precise accuracy of weights, quantities and actual items being sent. Came up with new systems and procedures for operations as company was rapidly growing and had a hard time adjusting to the growth. Eliminated enough errors that I took our main selling accounts out of “coaching” levels and avoided account suspensions to keep business moving and growing. Unloaded and loaded semi trailers with goods and received most inventory as accurate as possible for our inventory systems to be accurate as well.
