Open new accounts via walk ins, phone calls emails. Provide equipment to major assigned accounts. Recommend equipment based on customers needs and the job they are working on. Accounting and filing paperwork daily. Cleaning counter area as well as preparing the counter for the day with supplies. Multi tasking. Printing contracts for walk ins and our drivers daily. Managing yard employees and mechanics based on equipment needs for day. Troubleshooting equipment issues for customers and placing service calls. Taking calls from Outside Reps and providing the equipment for our customers. Providing delivery times and pickup times for equipment. Reviewing cycling dates and times for equipment on rent. Building relationships with new customers and opening new accounts.

Day to day duties included answering phone calls, resolving customer issues, placing customer orders and commercial orders. I also would dispatch our drivers around the local area to drop off and pick up from our local commercial customers. Furthermore, I would give customers advice and explain techniques when it came to repairing anything on their vehicle. The most important thing I provided was excellent customer service
