The Company has operating experience in the states of Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, and Colorado in the United States and in the province of Alberta in Canada. The Company has conducted both conventional and unconventional drilling, completion, and production techniques in these areas, including but not limited to: hydraulic fracturing, horizontal and directional drilling, waterflooding, and dewatering. I was responsible for managing onsite employees for current projects. Depending on the time of year I managed as many as six employees and as little as four. I helped to maintain and promote cohesion in the workplace as well as implement new work policies and strategies. While working at Marjo Operating Inc. I also learned how to order, maintain, and track inventory on a day-to-day basis. This dealt with both current and future inventory needs.
