Created, developed, worked and integrated system for handling, tracking and monitoring foreclosure mediation for all applicable states. Prepare, attend (telephonic or in person) and resolve both litigated and non litigated pre and post foreclosure mediation. Work with local attorneys, housing counselors, judges, referees and other court officials to mediate in good faith on behalf of the investor and company. Identify alternatives to foreclosure for the borrower, underwrite forbearance and modification agreements, explain denials for loss mitigation, explain Servicing and/or Pooling servicing agreement restrictions as applicable to loss mitigation and ensure positive relationships are kept between SPS and local courts and court officials.

Complete an extensive audit on mortgage loans to determine if applicable for referral to foreclosure while ensuring all loss mitigation efforts have been exhausted and ensure compliance with all state and federal laws. Maintain exception reporting, aged trending, complete rush audits, monitor and report on FHA portfolio, Fannie Mae portfolio and Freddie Mac portfolio. Assist Realtors, Attorneys, Customers and investors by providing alternatives to foreclosure, if available and applicable, ensure proper foreclosure timeline can be met and complete underwriting for loss mitigation to determine approval or denial for home and non-home retention foreclosure alternatives.

Collections Inbound/Outbound, Dialer collections. Work projects on high balance accounts and special projects for departmental and personal goals including preparing reports to be sent to an investor showing progress on accounts. Help customers resolve delinquent and foreclosure status’s on their loans while adhering to company guidelines and federal laws.
