Senior Operations Associate
Current• Achieving and maintaining high production and quality standards per policies and procedures while handling large workloads and prioritizing tasks• Underwriting life, accident, and disability applications using an in-house approval process and working with QA on escalated files • Collaborating with Insurance Carriers and Underwriters to provide account information and obtaining decisions regarding customer life, accident and disability• Identifying issues that arise with new business and collaborate with business partners to discover solutions• Assisting in development and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures• Training contractors and employees and serving as a technical resource for new and existing employees• 3+ years of working independently within a hybrid office/remote schedule
