As the CI²/CPI Lead at AF CyberWorx, I apply my SharePoint expertise and Green Belt certification to develop innovative solutions that save time, money, and resources for the Air Force. I have created SharePoint automated systems that have been recognized by a 4-star general and were semifinalists of the Phoenix Spark Tank Innovation Competition. I have also trained over a thousand individuals in SharePoint site ownership and administration, becoming the go-to person for SharePoint-related issues in my office and base.I graduated from Land O' Lakes High School in 2016 and joined the Air Force, where I have gained over 7 years of experience in knowledge management and continuous process improvement. I am passionate about leveraging technology and agile methodologies to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and performance. I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges that help me grow as a professional and contribute to the CyberWorx mission.
