Private contractor throughout the warm months in Wisconsin for various property management companies. I maintained the lawn, bushes, and did general landscaping duties on foreclosed houses throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. I had 40+ lawns with over $10k in revenue from my own private contracts. Worked with one riding mower, one push mower, and a string trimmer to keep the properties in tip top shape, as they are owned by the bank under foreclosure. This was a self-driven job that helped me pay for the majority of my college tuition, not to mention it was great exercise.
