Wow, okay! Let me try to summarize me. Who am I? I am Dylan Jones, I'm a Husband, Father, Brother, and son. I enjoy time spent with my family and time spent working on my craft, I suppose that's what you want to know about. So here goes, I am an Industrial Maintenance Technician with three years of working experience in the trade with my AAS in Industrial Maintenance Technology in the Advanced Manufacturing Tract. I have experience in a myriad of things, I am proficient with SMAW (shielded metal arc welding) and GMAW (gas metal arc welding), Machining, using both an engine lathe and a vertical knee mill (both manual machines). I have built electrical panels, most of my electrical experience is with 208vac three phase, 480vac three phase , and 240vac single phase systems.I have experience recovering and maintaining Fanuc robots. I am also currently enrolled in a Fanuc tool handling course, learning how to program. So, you can bet whether we are adding points to a program to improve paths of movement or designing and implementing EOAT changes, I am your go-to man. Along with my robot experience I have experience with Allen Bradley PLC's mostly their micro-Logix 1400 series and micro 800 series PLC's, using RS Logix 500, CCW, and studio 5000 software. I consider myself to be a proficient trouble-shooter working with Electric, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and mechanical systems. For my future my goal in industry is to become a Controls Engineer, leading automation projects.
