In addition to utilizing my past skills, knowledge, and experience, I am aspiring to constantly further my education and learn new skills to help facilitate my roles and responsibilities.I have 5 years of retail banking experience, which includes scheduling, record retention, proofreading and auditing, cash management, and various other operational roles all while providing exemplary customer serivce. In addition, I have 1+ years experience serving a call center / back office environment in which I have added to clerical skills, as well as maintaining positive metrics in my respective department.
