I am a ramp agent at Envoy Air, a subsidiary of American Airlines, where I handle cargo and luggage, transport them, and deice aircrafts. I work in a dangerous and fast-paced environment, where I have learned how to complete tasks efficiently and safely, while following strict protocols and regulations. I have also received multiple commendations for my performance and reliability.In addition to my ramp agent role, I am pursuing a sterile processing certification at St. Ambrose University, where I have almost completed my class work and only need 400 hours to obtain it. I have a keen interest in surgical instruments and sterilization, and I aspire to work in a hospital or a clinic setting. I also have four years of customer service experience between working at Wendy's and Obbies Pizza, where I developed skills in product management, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.
