Implemented crucial services to support Prime launch in multiple new countries. Worked across 5+ teams to determine necessary tasks and goals and created extensive documentation to streamline future expansions.

Integrated internal services to ensure accuracy on customer-facing messaging.

Led the creation of extensive internal company software to streamline operations, increase analytics tracking, and reduce costs. To do this I: managed a small team of developers, communicated with all relevant stakeholders, developed with Ruby on Rails, designed relevant databases, deployed and managed a production environment with AWS, and worked with external teams when required. In this role I also provided advice on all decisions relating to technology within the company.

Strategized for company expansion in the 1, 5, 10, and 15-year time-scales with other company leaders and relevant stakeholders. Optimized operations to ensure customer and employee success and began development of internal software. Additionally, I developed and led a pilot program for TDD's tech-help branch, spending hundreds of hours in the field with customers to formulate operations and strategy.
