I work on improving student-developed games by refining key features such as collision detection, game mechanics, and scoring algorithms. My focus is on creating smoother, more engaging experiences for users, including adding a Spanish-language feature to make the games more inclusive for Spanish-speaking students.I also design interactive tutorials and instructional videos that incorporate animations and games to make programming concepts easier to understand. These resources have helped over 100 students, including non-native English speakers, build stronger programming skills and confidence.

During my internship as a Technology Ambassador Student (Tap) at my school, I collaborated effectively within a team of 3 students, supervised by 2 faculty professors, to ignite a passion for STEM among children and peer college students. Engaging in various service learning activities, such as TAP Expo, GGC Super Saturdays Series (S3), Atlanta Science Festival, GGC CREATE, and STaRS symposia, we actively fostered community involvement and promoted STEM education. Hosting workshops in non-IT courses, we conducted research on the impact of hands-on activities in cultivating interest in STEM. Using block coding, we imparted the fundamentals of writing concise and organized code, emphasizing its crucial role in collaborative coding environments. Our team's work was recognized and published at the 24th ACM Annual Conference on Information Technology Education (SIGITE 2023).
