I managed a 114-bed hospital, including all staff from ER, OR, ICU, Medical/Surgical, OB/GYN, Acute Inpatient Rehab, and Geriatric Pyschward. I developed schedules, call-out-list, hospital census reports, education on policy and procedures, admission, discharges, transfers, EMTALA forms, triaging, code leadership, and overall hospital leadership during the night shift with open communication to administration.
