Director is responsible for developing and implementing lead strategies according to company and divisional goals and objectives aiming at accelerated growth. Position requires expertise in pipeline development and data management, scorecard development and tracking, RFI and NDA management for new accounts and RFP’s. Position reports directly to Director of Sales Enablement and supports Dedicated sales division but interacts with other departments to include: Enterprise Sales, Truckload, Flatbed, Specialized, Marketing, Safety, Pricing, Credit/Billing, Driver Recruiting, and IT.

• Assist and contribute to new recruiter training and onboarding along with ongoing training and support of those on the driver recruiting team• Support leadership duties when supervisor/manager is unavailable which may include: escalated driver concerns, using judgement on applicants, workflow processes and general approvals• Host, lead, or organize training events for new and existing recruiters• Impact and develop process improvement projects and/or other initiatives that improve the entire department• Stay up to date on industry trends and industry practices and sharing these trends to improve the entire team performance
