As an analyst in the Consumer and Contrarian committees, I work on three stock pitches per semester, conducting deep research into consumer goods to identify undervalued companies. As a New Member, I performed a valuation project on BellRing Brands, using both DCF analysis and Precedent Transaction Valuation. My team and I collaborate to develop detailed stock pitches and present them to the committee. We are a student-led, student-run mock portfolio, providing hands-on experience in investment principles and portfolio management strategies, offering me comprehensive insights into the finance industry.

I'm working with Dr. Michael Price on research examining the relationship between weather, mood, and investment risk. We're using global preference surveys, weather APIs, and household investment data to perform data analysis and apply machine learning methodologies.

As an intern for 4 summers, I took on a Business Development role where I developed an innovative service model that transformed client communication and streamlined processes, improving efficiency for over 1,000 clients. I designed tracking solutions for annuities and long-term care, using dashboarding to deliver reports tailored to business needs. I also played a key role in the marketing functions, leveraging Salesforce to generate CRM reports that identified growth opportunities and strengthened advisor relations. My contributions included generating 500 detailed financial reports and assisting in accounting functions, ensuring the firm's financial management was efficient and strategic.
