I'm Dylan Mitchell, a driven and ambitious student pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration double major with a focus on Finance and Economics at Mercer University's Stetson-Hatcher School of Business.Education has always been my foundation, and I'm thrilled to be maintaining a perfect 4.0 GPA As a student, I've been fortunate to be on the President's List for both Fall 2022 and Spring 2023, reflecting my dedication to academic excellence.My passion for service and customer satisfaction was shaped during my various work experiences where I honed my interpersonal skills—my time allowed me to foster a positive environment while cultivating teamwork and leadership.In addition to my professional experiences, I take pride in my commitment to leadership activities. As a Supplemental Instruction Leader at Mercer University's Academic Resource Center, I organize and lead study sessions, helping over 90 students grasp complex concepts and excel in their coursework.One of my most rewarding experiences has been serving as a School Manager for Traffick Jam, a Mercer University initiative dedicated to combating sex trafficking and educating teens about its prevention. Leading and training a team of close to 100 students to impact thousands of lives in the Macon area has been a truly transformative experience.Within my fraternity, Alpha Tau Omega, I've held the position of Academic and Scholarship Chairman, implementing strategies that resulted in an increase in overall chapter GPA and providing individualized support to struggling brothers. I also actively engage in my community as a Small Group Leader at North Point Community Church, mentoring middle school boys in religious studies.My involvement extends beyond academics and leadership, with a passion for technology and volunteering.
