Dylan continues to manage and lead teams to successful building turnovers, including:• The Current Apartments: In May of 2024 the first residents moved into The Current Apartments, a $48M, 202-unit LEED Gold mixed-use development project comprised of 166,371 SF orchestrated by Dylan and his team. This distinctive building posed many challenges, including two levels of PT Concrete decks on one side and one level on the other, top-floor amenity area with a spacious covered outdoor spa, townhouses accessible from the ground level spanning two stories, a seismic isolating joint creating two separate structures, a striking two-story tall living plant wall, and ground floor retail space.• Strata Apartments: In September 2023 Dylan’s team completed construction of this $20M six-story building with a post-tensioned concrete deck. It hosts 85 apartment units with amenity spaces on the ground floor.• Laird Superfood Sisters Warehouse: Dylan managed the construction of this 26,000 SF metal building with associated sitework and full build out of offices and warehouse.• Sisters Coffee New Roastery: A new ground-up 11,300 SF metal building with buildout of roastery/warehouse, office, and auxiliary spaces. Included full site-work and loading dock.• The ClearPine Apartments: Wood-framed 11,879 SF mixed-use building with three residential units and up to 5 commercial suites.

As a Project Engineer Dylan refined his project management skills including: project planning & schedule influences, budget creation & control, and cost change management on dozens of commercial and residential projects throughout Central Oregon. Most notably he was an integral part of the management team on The Hixon at Westside Yard - ground-up construction of a 230,000sf, 5-over-1 podium style mixed-use building in Bend, OR with 203 apartments and 8 commercial tenant spaces. Through this project Dylan gained exposure to post-tensioned concrete, stud rails, ATS systems, and more.

Helped manage the ground-up construction of a 70,000sf, 180ft clear span metal building housing a wine production facility in McMinnville, OR from start-to-finish. Responsibilities included the following:• Coordinate all changes to the drawings including: author, track, distribute, and post all requests for information (RFI) and other supplemental instruction to the live set of drawings on site• Review/mark-up, process, and approve all subcontractor submittals and shop drawings• Provide technical support to the superintendent, foreman, and trades on siteHe also expanded his knowledge about the challenges of existing structures while helping manage the renovation and extensive punchlist of a 45-unit historic residential building in downtown Portland.

• Performed structural analysis, calculations, drafted structural drawings, and compiled a final structural calculation package for a wide variety of projects.• Completed structural design and calculations for gravity and lateral (wind and seismic) loading for a 3-story, 12-unit multifamily wood-framed apartment building and a single family custom home• HVAC Additions - verified adequacy of existing framing and designed new as necessary • Tent Ballast Designs - calculated necessary tent ballast weights to resist wind loading • Familiar with codes and design manuals such as NDS, AISC, ACI 318, ASCE 7-10, IBC, and OSSC

As a seasonal laborer and carpenter when he was not in school, Dylan worked as an integral part of a construction crew, completing many tasks including: • Demolished specific areas of roofs of 10+ buildings (schools, office buildings, swim center, etc.)• Assembled and installed various seismic upgrade components• Constructed, assembled, and shored concrete forms• Solved problems encountered on the job site quickly and effectively• Learned about many different materials, tools, and construction methods through hands-on experience
