CurrentDylan continues to manage and lead teams to successful building turnovers, including:• The Current Apartments: In May of 2024 the first residents moved into The Current Apartments, a $48M, 202-unit LEED Gold mixed-use development project comprised of 166,371 SF orchestrated by Dylan and his team. This distinctive building posed many challenges, including two levels of PT Concrete decks on one side and one level on the other, top-floor amenity area with a spacious covered outdoor spa, townhouses accessible from the ground level spanning two stories, a seismic isolating joint creating two separate structures, a striking two-story tall living plant wall, and ground floor retail space.• Strata Apartments: In September 2023 Dylan’s team completed construction of this $20M six-story building with a post-tensioned concrete deck. It hosts 85 apartment units with amenity spaces on the ground floor.• Laird Superfood Sisters Warehouse: Dylan managed the construction of this 26,000 SF metal building with associated sitework and full build out of offices and warehouse.• Sisters Coffee New Roastery: A new ground-up 11,300 SF metal building with buildout of roastery/warehouse, office, and auxiliary spaces. Included full site-work and loading dock.• The ClearPine Apartments: Wood-framed 11,879 SF mixed-use building with three residential units and up to 5 commercial suites.
