Working in a SANAS accredited Medical Testing Laboratory since November 2009 and as HOD of the Medical department since January 2020. I am HPCSA registered as a Medical Biological Scientist. I also have a good background in quality assurance and audits, and in the writing and development of SOPs. I also have good experience in writing incident reports and investigations, and determine the relevant CAPA procedures to solve and prevent the problems. I have decent problem solving skills and am good working with a team. I am open to learning new skills and listening to and acting upon new information and ideas. I have undergone training with SANAS to standard ISO/IEC 17025:2017 for both the Laboratory Systems and Internal Auditing courses.
