Responsible for leading and people management of a software development scrum team of 10 members creating solutions for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics GP ERP platforms. As a team, we are responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the company’s flagship product, Multi-Entity Management across both the Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics GP platforms.

Worked on a scrum development team responsible for design, development, and maintenance of software solutions for the Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP platform. Common responsibilities included development of new solutions using the Microsoft Dexterity development platform, SQL, .NET, and C#, conducting R&D into new features and functionality, creating functional design specifications for new enhancements, and assisting directly with second and third-level support requests from customers.Responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the company’s flagship product, Multi-Entity Management for Dynamics GP, a horizontal industry solution used worldwide by businesses in the technology, finance, healthcare, and hospitality industries to streamline business processes across multiple subsidiaries or legal entities.Acted as technical owner for the company’s Healthcare Materials Management product for Dynamics GP, a procure-to-pay and inventory management solution used by healthcare organizations throughout the United States.

Configured, customized and launched a customer support help desk and ticketing system using ASP.NET MVC, C#, and Javascript, integrating into Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 using the Microsoft xRM framework.Led the refresh of the company’s internal reporting technologies involving design and implementation of a suite of SQL Server Reporting Services reports, as well as the implementation of a data warehouse and all surrounding ETL and presentation activities using Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services, and SQL Server Analysis Services.Led the upgrade of the company’s intranet from Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 to Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013 including refreshing the intranet branding using ASP.NET Web Pages, C#, HTML, Javascript, and CSS.
