* Supervise entire production team of 240 members with proper directionin order to achieve the maximum production while maintaining the qualityof the product.* Forecast the production and take actions to complete the order beforethe deadline and directly coordinate with the logistics department to ensure the receipt of the shipment to the end customer on time.* Support and Review improvement areas in production process by using 8 step problem solving, KIEZEN, LEAN and quick decision making.* Ensure high quality of production, materials flow, health and safety,environment standard and quality management.

* Assist senior accountant in various tasks, including generating paymentvouchers and reconciling ledgers.* Collect and maintain information with 100% accuracy on new accounts byusing the accounting software.* Prepare and review the balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, bankreconciliation and retirement benefits
