Current* Proper handling of specialized shipments includes cross border shipments and Freight moving in and out of the Free trade Zones.* Knowledge of Custom requirements of Foreign and GCC countries for Ocean and land shipments.* Prepared and validated the custom documents and letter of credit requirements such as Commercial invoices, Packing List, Delivery advice and Transfer of ownership, Bill of Lading, COO and other paper works for the purpose of Duty exemption, internal transfer, Import and export between overseas and GCC.* Processed and assisted the issues with the different kind of Bill of entries and Certificate of origin by using the Dubai Government portal such as Dubai Trade, Dubai Chamber, Sharjah Chamber and ministry of economy of Dubai.* Processed and assisted the issues with the different kind of Bill of entries and Certificate of origin by using the Dubai Government portal such as Dubai Trade, Dubai Chamber, Sharjah Chamber and ministry of economy of Dubai.* Liaising with the overseas suppliers, Freight forwarders and cargo agents to request or create all the required documents to do the custom clearance for the import & export vessel and road shipments.* Responsible for the break bulk and container shipment’s custom clearance and supply chain arrangements from port yard to company’s storage yard.* Co-ordinate inland haulage collections and container releases as required with appropriate departments to ensure the timely clearance and delivery of the cargo.* Communicating with the port facilities regarding the DPC, DPHC, Detention and demurrage request, Overtime request, free time enquires and also the other port handling arrangements related requests.* Communicate with the transporters and other clearing agents to get rates for the import and export shipment arrangements and making sure that all the rates apply accordingly with the accounts agreements.
