- Manage crew members by assigning roles, planning daily activities, training new employees and ensuring a safe and legal work environment- Provide kayak rental, safety and pricing information to customers through phone calls, emails and face-to-face interactions- Book reservations and sign customers in through calendar software - Conduct orientations for customers on water safety, kayak paddling instructions, boundaries and guidelines

- Worldwide outbound B2B and residential calling in a remote call center work environment- Conduct phone interviews and accurately enter information and opinions into Voxco Agent software for market research and statistics

- Educate customers on company product samples through phone calls, emails and face-to-face interactions- Prepare, package and ship sample orders to hotels across North America- Organize, count and update stock into iMagic software
