Throughout the summer I maintained contact with donors and volunteers on behalf of the Foundation, contacted companies and vendors about working with us, participated in both board meetings and committee planning meetings and lobbied for insurance policy change at an advocacy day at the Ohio Statehouse in Columbus. I researched upcoming bills being introduced into the state congress, summarized these bills, compared them to similar bills in other states, and summarized how these bills impacted health care delivery.
