I focus on delivering key outcomes, building amazing teams and quickly adapting to changes with new learnings.I'm obsessed with being organized and making living for others simpler, I believe there aren't many things that can grow a company the way trust and dependability can, and I pride myself in being dedicated to both.Growing up I would often dismantle my toys to understand how they work the way they do and thereafter rebuild them to full functionality.Just like everything in life, I succeeded at some and lost at others, My broken toys however, were not enough to stop me, I continue to approach the next situation implementing what I've learned from my failure to ensure success - hence I attribute my greatest wins to my inquisitive nature which allows me to understand, reinvent and recreate.I began working at a very young age, while still in Secondary school, this gave me a broad spectrum of what working was, what it meant to be an employee, the importance of money and how to manage my money.This prepared me for life after school, add my inquisitive nature and the results are growth, for myself, my teams and every business I've been a part of.I don't Manage people, I teach people how to manage themselves and lead them to becoming self sufficient through a strong communication trust and truthfulness creating self belief.
