Responsible for leading our Third Party Security (TPS) program, Application Security and Vulnerability Management. This includes conducting our TPS process with stakeholders and their 3rd Parties to gauge the 3rd Parties security practices before sharing data. Certifying/re-certifying new and old applications being implemented into production. Currently in the process of becoming a Security Certifier, currently a Security Certifier in Training. Managing VM related risks from our scan environments by notifying our service owners and providing guidance on mitigating the risks.

Responsible for performing network and system admin related tasks. This consists Server management, patching and vulnerability mitigation. Configuring and setup on Cisco switches and physical/virtual servers for projects. Wired and wireless network troubleshooting on 3 corporate networks. Managing projects where the infrastrucutre team needed to get involved. List includes setting up a new corporate office and many QA related projects.

Responsible for performing Tier 2 assistance. This consists of managing projects with different team across the organization, assisting with our manufacturing area, being on-call, and being escalation for the Tier 1 team.Responsible for trouble shooting computer, software and network issues in person, over the phone and email. Responsible for assisting our users in our walk-up Service Desk area for a plethora of different issues, as well as setting up our New Hires for day one. Also, triaging our ticket queue in Service-Now, and assisting our Manufacturing area with sev 1 issues. Performed onboarding for a company acquisition. Which includes purchasing and configuration of user devices, New Hire presentation and setsup, and continued remote/onsite support.

Responsible for handling computer related issues over the phone, through email and in person. Also, going out to classrooms to solve classroom technology issues and going to resident halls to conduct wireless internet and Ethernet port checks to solve internet issues.Responsible for deploying new and replacement machines to faculty and staff. This consisted of imaging the new machine to Merrimack's image, backing up the user's data, and putting the data on the new machine for both Windows and Mac OS.Responsible for keeping the help desk's ticketing system updated and assigning tickets to the correct departments.

Responsible for training new employees in the the diary department. This consisted of should the new employee how to put products on the shelves, rotating products, how to build carts of boxes to bring out to the floor and following correct procedures to avoid injuries.Responsible for keeping the dairy and freezer aisles neat looking, as well as making sure the products were correctly rotated.Responsible for stocking shelves when products were low and looking out for customers that were in need of help.
