Been working in a fast/ busy kitchen environment since I was seventeen years of age. My first job was as a kitchen porter in Gourmet Burger Kitchen for one year and I then moved to the 5 star hotel, Carton House in 2018 were i have been working as a commis chef. The years I have been working in a kitchen environment I have learnt many valuable skills such as time management, knife skills, HACCP skills, cleaning skills and my working under pressure skills.The main achievements that I have achieved are attendance awards in school.Receiving my HACCP degree.
