Account Service Representative
Current- Oversee logistical processes for one of the largest clients in the LTL department. - Utilize TMS to ensure client’s shipments are quoted accurately and make it to their destination without interruption. - Gather and analyze customer and carrier performance metrics in Microsoft Excel and generate reports to provide solutions that fit client’s specific needs. - Audit carrier invoices and dispute billing discrepancies. - Effectively communicate with carriers and customers to solve problems such as lost shipments, missed pickups, and delayed deliveries. - Monitor emails and ensure all clients are responded to promptly and professionally. - Create SOP’s on Microsoft Word for shippers to utilize to streamline day-to-day operational procedures.
