Key responsibilities and duties include:• Lead, supervise, support and develop staff and volunteers so they undertake their work in accordance with organisational and program priorities, policy and procedures• Manage, uphold and service a portfolio of designated clients to provide excellent customer service at all times, ensure client’s needs and requirements are met with efficiency, converse with clients on a regular basis while maintaining Labourpower’s high standard of professionalism, consistency and client management.• Oversee recruitment and placement of workers onto client sites, conduct candidate inductions, pre-employment checks and maintain relationships to ensure candidates are placed appropriately in compliance to Labourpower’s processes and standards. • Identify and increase client base, present and offer future clients Labourpower’s credentials and opportunities, develop interoffice working relationship to help with cross selling, recruitment and client management. • Monitor, maintain and apply excellence to designated operational, sales, administrative, consulting and planning procedures.
