This was a 360-recruitment role and I was recruiting for Electricians, Plumbers, Pipe fitters & Trade Assistants.I then moved into the Trades & Labour business in the greater Bristol area. We were awarded the sole supplier of one of the largest construction projects in Bristol at the time. I was the lead recruiter responsible for the recruitment of this project and at peak I had eighty-five contractors on this site. In 2011 I was recognised as one of highest performers in the UK business.
