I manage and recruit an intern class of students looking to develop their sales skills and get real experience working in professional sports. I formulate on going training throughout the program that students can continually grow and find unique ways to sharpen their skill sets as well as learn new ones. I monitor metrics and evaluate each individuals progress through the course of the program so I can focus what areas of development can be improved to set them up for their next career step. I have also created an executed attainable goals for individuals in the program that align with our company goals and continue to enhance our office culture.

I find business solutions for companies that create unique ways to entertain and retain business. I have worked with a variety of industries from consulting, manufacturing, software and trades to help expand their reach and find new markets to immerse themselves in.I have also partnered with many schools, non-profits, churches and more to host events with the Milwaukee Bucks that are fitting for not only their members but build awareness about what they do. Started a Personal Training program from scratch with the owner that involves an organized strategic system to selling and managing a personal training program. Conducted comprehensive fitness consultations to meet goals and prescribe a structured training program. Trained new employees on doing fitness consultations, client assessments, selling and managing clients. Interned as a marketing student utilizing strategic marketing campaigns that were based on company strengths and weaknesses to increase memberships within our target market. Currently I’m managing around 30 clients and over $2,000 dollars in monthly payments While being a full time student.
