I am currently a 5th year graduate student at Indiana University Bloomington, pursuing a Ph.D. in Mathematics. I am currently a fourth year graduate student at Indiana University Bloomington, under the supervision of Dr. Valery Lunts. My interests are broadly related to (equivariant) homological methods in algebraic geometry (i.e. using derived categories of sheaves to study the geometry of varieties) and applications to other subfields such as: birational geometry, enumerative geometry, geometric representation theory, homological mirror symmetry, and moduli theory. I am also interested in the noncommutative and higher-algebraic structures which arise in these contexts (Calabi-Yau structures, A infinity, etc.). Currently I am trying to find some genuinely new types of derived equivalences between singular varieties, as well as the structure of such categories. I also have projects-in-progress on Bridgeland stability and algebraic K-theory.I enjoy being active and am an avid hiker, rock climber, weightlifter, and swimmer. I am also active in the Boy Scouts of America, and am an Eagle Scout.
