As an Associate Account Specialist at IXL, I provided technical support and customer service to over 500 users, resolving integration issues and ensuring smooth and effective learning experiences. I leveraged Salesforce and other technologies to communicate complex technical issues effectively to users with varying degrees of technical understanding. I also contributed to the development and improvement of the product and the documentation, based on user feedback and data analysis.Prior to joining IXL, I worked as a Camp Instructor at SMILE Camp for over seven years, designing and delivering innovative and engaging curricula for subjects such as drone programming, map bias, and radioactive decay. This work honed my skills in communication, problem-solving, and organization, as well as my passion for education and technology. With a degree in International Studies from NCSU and a background in world affairs, microbiology, Chinese language studies, and open-source analysis, I have a diverse and interdisciplinary perspective that allows me to adapt to different contexts and challenges.
