-Coordinate purchasing activities related to New Product Introductions (NPI) by working closely with engineering product owners and program managers to acquire wafers, photomasks, engineering samples, lot expedites, non-recurring engineering, assembly test and advanced packaging services (InFO, CoWoS, SoIC) in a cost effective and timely manner, totaling $350M+ annually-Manage and track key roadmap RFQ requirements with major foundry suppliers for New Product Introductions. Owner of RFI, RFP and RFQ for assigned categories. Responsible for managing the procurement process for contracts and spot purchase orders in the following categories, for all USA & Canada plants/yards (25% of annual spend - approximately $20M USD among ~30 locations). Source new suppliers, coordinate new supplier registration, lead the RFI and RFQ process, analyze bids to determine supplier selection in parallel with engineering/maintenance/HSE/Supply Chain, and conduct the awarding process.Responsible for analyzing existing services and building innovative solutions to drive cost savings.- Equipment & Building Rental- Mobile Equipment Service & Maintenance- Waste Management, Disposal, & Treatment (Hazardous & Non-Hazardous)- Industrial & Janitorial Cleaning- Employee Services

- Controlled the release of purchase requisitions for approximately 17,000 MRO & Production materials among 3 different manufacturing plants, totaling approximately $25M USD of annual spend.- Managed an inventory reduction project for carbide inserts, achieving a $500k USD reduction in inventory over the course of 10 months. Implemented a spreadsheet to plan material requirements based on production forecast, current inventory, and lead time, with a special focus on consuming excess inventory of alternative materials.- Planned the purchases of specialized tooling (approximately $8M USD of annual spend) by collaborating with end users and buyers to align the production forecast with supplier capacity, material lead time, and advising on logistic options to minimize total cost.

- Verified the accuracy of bill of ladings and delivery receipts, working proactively with drivers to resolve any discrepancies.- Provided customer support including scheduling pickup and delivery appointments, checking on the status of shipments and working with dispatch to provide ETAs.- Recorded and verified cash and check payments for collect shipments.- Accurately entered freight bills into the computer system when necessary, taking note of destination address, pallet count, total weight and any hazmat requirements.- Coordinated with dock supervisors to bill freight and verify shipment information in order to maintain dock efficiency.
