My first career spanning 23 years was with KPMG Malaysia, including a 20 months secondment to KPMG USA. I was made a partner on 1st Jan 2011 and became the Partner-In-Charge of the regional Johor office on 1st Jan 2018.I completed 4 Main Board IPO during my tenure as a partner and was proud to have led the office to be a leading practice in the region. My passion for personal development and active learning was key to leading the office, with coaching being developed as part of the culture where people are open to sincerely guide one another to improve and grow their skillset.
