My role involved managing a diverse portfolio of over 200 clients, such as NEOM, McDonald's, Samsung, and BMW, with responsibility for programmatic marketing budgets totalling between $80M to $100M USD annually.I provided leadership and mentorship to a team of 42 media specialists, guiding their professional development and overseeing the expansion of hub teams in Lebanon, Turkey, and Dubai. My expertise in building and maintaining strong partnerships with key media and technology partners like Amazon, Google, and a long list of local and international technology and publisher solutions ensured favourable media buying rates and the successful execution of programmatic campaigns.In this role, I also developed and implement omni-channel planning strategies that integrate offline, TV, and digital channels, working closely with data science, content, commerce media, and social delivery teams to create comprehensive media solutions.
