I worked with Quick Count's development team throughout the development of their Orbit TITO (Ticket In Ticket Out) system, from the early stages to government approval.I was responsible for testing software during development to ensure that it met industry regulations and was bug free. I created automated tests in Postman, carried out manual tests as needed, and recorded any issues I found in Jira.I also tested the hardware and software in Quick Count's CRTs (Cash Redemption Terminals), and performed some electronic fault finding with the assistance of a senior colleague.

I was responsible for assembling CRTs (Cash Redemption Terminals) and occasionally helped to install them.I suggested some small design improvements to simplify the assembly process and protect delicate components.

I was responsible for processing and assembling the glass and plastic parts of sliding windows, which included carefully checking for flaws in the glass. I met design tolerances of approximately 1mm to ensure the glass panes would slide smoothly.I also machined metal components like frames and motor housings, and helped to install windows.
