Over the past few years, my life has been significantly impacted by my diagnosis of celiac disease. This has enabled me to explore opportunities which I may not have otherwise considered, such as gaining access to manufacturing facilities and developing automated mechanisms for increased efficiency in farming. This innovation has challenged the current system of modern agriculture, which focuses on cost and yield, and has resulted in unsafe food production. Through my personal experiences and knowledge, I have been able to create more efficient solutions and processes, allowing me to start with an investment of $100,000. My smaller budget has enabled me to come up with cheaper and often more efficient solutions, driving real innovation through technology and unique solutions to achieve more with less capital. For example, with a start-up cost of $100,000, I am able to produce $50,000 worth of plant products each month, which can be sold locally.
