I am a brewing student at AB-Tech's Brewing, Fermentation and Distillation program. I am studying the fundamentals of commercial brewing production and fermentation in this program. I am currently employed at Innovation Brewing Company as a brewing intern and getting hands-on experience in a small brewery setting. My internship has provided me with experience in both "hot" and "cold" side of beer production. This includes everything from brewing, graining out and transferring wort, as well as monitoring yeast health, transferring beer, cleaning tanks, and kegging. I am seeking employment in a local brewery in order to continue my education and career in the brewing industry.
