My role at Public Health Wales included screening phone calls, ordering office supplies, reserving meeting rooms for video conferences or teleconferences, calling GP surgeries, formatting documents on Word, Excel and PowerPoint for senior members of staff, aiding senior staff with their duties, typing up written notes, photocopying, scanning and shredding documents.

I worked at the International Education Centre during their busiest period of the year, where late applications were being recieved and needed processing. My duties included processing these applications onto the computer database, printing out the supporting documents of the applicants, creating student files, photocopying documents, sending emails to the relevant schools within the university, emailing the student recruitment agencies if needed, drawing up letters from templates, creating letter templates and maintaining a filing system.

I worked at Coleg Menai in two departments in 2013. I began working in August in the MIS department during the enrollment period which is the department's busiest time of the year. My duties included processing enrollment forms of new and returning students, creating and updating records on the database, producing ID cards for students and members of staff, maintaining a filing system, dealing with students and members of staff, scanning enrollment forms onto a computer database and archiving documents. After the enrolling period came to an end in mid October, I stayed on at the college working for the human recources department, where duties included updating the computer database, maintaining a filing system, archiving documents and producing a report into advertised posts from the previous 12 months. During this period I had the opportunity of working at the Coleg Meirion Dwyfor site in Pwllheli performing similar duties.
