I was a teacher in North Liverpool for 33 years, beginning as a Teacher of Physical Education in 1988, progressing to Head of PE and eventually a Senior Manager responsible for Pastoral Care. I am now employed full-time by SupplyWell as their Head of Educator Partnerships. I will be responsible for driving SupplyWell's national initiatives to enhance educator wellbeing, create and implement innovative CPD modules, ensure safeguarding compliance, and develop flexible workforce recruitment processes. The role plays a crucial part in supporting and collaborating with educators and schools to create the best wellbeing and workforce offerings in the education sector.
