My career began in the call centre industry. I was engaged in inbound and outbound sales and customer service, and assisted in the training of representatives on new campaigns, working closely with external clients to ensure our campaigns ran smoothly. I also worked within the Australian Labor Party for a number of years as a member, before taking up a role with American Express. After some experience assisting clients with their credit and charge card requirements and needs, I took an opportunity to move into the business travel business, where I worked for 2 years working on providing domestic travel solutions for a large mining company. I then moved into my roles at American Express assisting businesses with both international and domestic payment requirements. In this role I moved to Melbourne in 2016. Since then, I've worked at a number of other businesses, most recently at RateMyAgent.In my spare time, I enjoy powerlifting, spending time with my young son, video games, dining out and reading a great book. I am also a big sports fan, and follow the Wests Tigers, GWS Giants and NSW Waratahs.
